While pursuing his legal studies, Utku worked as a ship agency personnel at a well-establishedcompany providing services to all ports and shipyards across Turkey. This hands-on experienceallowed him to combine his field knowledge with legal expertise upon graduation. He has in-depthknowledge of maritime casualties and disputes arising from charterparties and transport documents.

His areas of expertise include Maritime Law, Transportation and Logistics, Insurance and ReinsuranceLaw, Labour and Maritime Labour Law, Litigation and Arbitration, Corporate Advisory, and ContractLaw.

He is actively involved in litigation related to maritime matters, including vessel, crew, and cargo-related damages, as well as corporate law. He possesses specialized knowledge in Banking and Finance, Insurance Law, Contract Law, Labour and Maritime Labour Law, Commercial Law, and Dispute Resolution.

Utku is a graduate of Istanbul Okan University, Faculty of Law, and is registered with the Istanbul Bar Association. He provides professional services in both Turkish and English.
