Öykü is a lawyer with extensive experience in Maritime Law, International Trade, and Marine Finance. She has also specialized in areas such as Commercial Law, Dispute Resolution, Banking and Finance, Insurance Law and Yachting. Öykü provides legal consultancy to her clients, primarily in ship sale and purchase transactions, mergers and acquisitions, company transformations, and banking and shipping project finance.
